This year, we're excited to partner with the Illinois Pork Producers Association to host the Trade Show Tailgate on Monday night before the conference. This event will combine the Pork Chop Open dinner, the Industry Reception at the Brewery and the Trade Show Tailgate into ONE event to bring everyone together in one space! Exhibitors may set up their booths between 8:00am and 5:00 pm on Monday. The event will run from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., offering a great opportunity to network, socialize, and explore what our exhibitors have to offer!
